The United Kingdom Administration associates itself with the comments
on the MoU sent by the CEPT. The UK Administration believes that
any major changes to the MoU should be avoided to facilitate the
discussions on arrangements for free circulation to begin at the
next meeting. However, if you wish to convene a meeting of an
"informal group" of administrations, the UK Administration
would be pleased to receive an invitation in the name of the undersigned.
