On behalf of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia
(MPTC), I would like to inform you that the MPTC wishes to move
along with the world in the progressive manner in the field of
telecom services. Consequently we will support the GMPCS-MoU provided
it will improve telecom service in our country and will not cause
detrimental effect to use telecom service.
