The Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations (CANTO) is pleased to provide the following responses to the above-captioned subject:
1) On the three levels of free circulation of user terminals
Level two (2) should read:
- permission to carry a terminal into a visited country and to use it without the need for obtaining authorization in the visited country but in conformity with the laws and policies of the visited country; and
2) Article 5 should become Article 6; and
Article 6 should become Article 6.
