Centralized Appointment System (CAS) provides: Improved end-to-end scheduling experience for Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) and Hospital services, eliminating patients need to visit hospital multiple times to manage their appointments. Centralized integrated scheduling management system allowing the patient to see all their scheduled appointments across all MOH facilities Improved patient engagement through multi access channels (mobile, web, call center) and notifications capabilities and real-time updates. Reduction in no show leading to better clinical services utilization. Potentially reduce ER visits for non-critical cases by directing patients to alternative service options
