The innovation is about a social network mobile phone- based application (Fish-it) designed to assist young people particularly in urban areas with the goal of improving youth’s outreach,notifications, announcements, advertising, education, awareness, and information dissemination to the most at-risk youths to HIV and AIDS, STI’s, drug abuse and unplanned pregnancies and mostly to effect behavioral change. It enables one to get the number of the next person in less than a minute.This innovation is so important as the Youth present a severe case of problems that plague the developing world into problems and challenges, such as poverty and health concerns
