National Online Iden
In order to increase the availability of financial services for the population and promote financial market competition, it is planned to provide remote electronic identification for citizens via Internet, thus eliminating the need to visit a bank. Before using remote electronic identification, a citizen is required only once complete a full identification by a passport. After the full identification, a citizen will be granted login and password for the remote electronic identification. After the full identification, a citizen could also be granted universal login and password which could be used for any financial organization. For this purpose it is proposed to use National Online Identification and Personal Data Management for Public and Commercial Services (hereinafter referred to as National Online Identification) which is currently being used to provide citizens with e-government services.
