In Sri Lanka, Paint a Rainbow project worked towards enabling civil society to lead democratic dialog for social change by creating an alternative media platform for empowerment of civil society for participation in digital democracy using ICT, Digital Media and Social Networks. The Project trained over 1200 youth with democracy awareness and digital media skills, equipped and engaged them to express their voices becoming voice of the voiceless through social media. Their content initiated a democratic dialog to influence civil society in Sri Lanka at Presidential Election 2015.
