National Strategy on Development of Information Society in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2013-2020
The main objectives of National Strategy are: - To establish Information Society; - To provide an opportunity to citizens, societies, civilians, and private sectors to access to its services and to be equal member of information society; - To apply ICT development in governance and PPP sectors as well as in all spheres of socio- economic and cultural development in order to provide sustainable, stable and transparent information society; - To utilize ICT as a catalyst and impetus in overall development of country.
