Methodology for an action plan to set up an educational partnership
As stakeholder working on the implementation of WSIS guide line and in order to contribute in its follow-up we would like to mention our observation in the area of partnership / education. This observation is from a booklet published by UNESCO and IIEP, which is called “Manual for Monitoring and Evaluating Education Partnerships”. First of all I would like to point out how this manual is very practical and constitutes a precious box of tools for practicing in this matter. Secondly, according to part II of this manual which is develops six tools to be used in the field, may I suggest that a basic tool which could be shared in order to facilitate the inception of the overall concept. In this way and to conclude, I present in the attached documents an operational plan which could be developed by each stakeholder to achieve the goal of setting up a common operational plan for a partnership in the field of education.
