Technical Committee of the International Committee on Future Accelerators that deals with monitoring the world's research and education networks, tracking requirements and especially dealing with Digital Divide issues. The overarching goal is to build global scientific collaborations, enabling scientists in all world regions to participate in frontier scientific discoveries.
