New challenges such as privacy, cybersecurity and data protection are confronting regulators with domains beyond their traditional competencies. What role should regulators play to ensure a safe, inclusive, connected future? How can stimulating innovation and fair competition be balanced against consumer protection? What examples do we have of successful cross-sectoral regulation?
