Thursday, September 13, 2018, 9:15 AM - 9:30 AM, Room 11E

But whose responsibility is data protection –the end user, the private sector, government or a mixture of all three? What collaborations, policy frameworks or good practices can we adopt or adapt? Can we find a better balance between convenience and privacy, or between the benefits and risks of free-flowing data? How can we best secure data at a personal, industrial or national level in an increasingly digital world?
