Objective: Help participating firms to develop a coherent and robust commercialization strategy, which leverages good marketing communications, product placement and distribution channels.
“To successfully sell products, there are a number of steps that must be done. Most companies start out and do 1 to 5 brilliantly, 6 and 7 not so much, leave out 8 completely but come back strong on 9 and 10, and then wonder why it didn’t work. Commercialization is a process.”
Richard Wnuk has spent more than 3 decades building and distributing successful products in the media, gaming and entertainment industries. Join him for this workshop in which he recalls his greatest achievements and failures, to help firms learn from and build off of his lessons. The workshop will showcase effective communication methods and channels, unpack the role of key performance indicators in measuring the ROI of marketing expenditure, and describe the steps needed for firms to drive commercialization of their products and services.
The workshop will be hosted in an intimate classroom environment conducive to interaction and ideation. A number of business mentors and coaches will be available to support firms during this process.
