Their international nature and cross-border activities allow many new entrants to the ICT ecosystem to operate on a different playing field to telcos, subject as they are to tight industry regulation and government fiscal measures. Next-generation networks, whether fixed or wireless, are essential to smart digital transformation, but also require enormous investment. What options exist for operators to maximize the value and revenue from investment in infrastructure?
