Mr Ismael Villegas Ochoa is General Director of Information and Communication Technologies, Mexico City, responsible for managing e-policy, as well as establishing standards for the use of information technologies in the CDMX. He is also Secretary of the Committee on Electronic Government of Mexico City, in which 119 city departments participate, exchanging and supporting technological issues for the rational use of resources within the local government. He has some other high level positions such as the president of the Computing Committee of the State and Municipal Public Administration, A.C CIAPEM, to which several states of the Mexican Republicbelong, with their managers of information technologies.
He has 20 years of experience in the technology sector, has workedas a consultant in software development in different business sectors. He teaches in the Master of Information Technology for Business Management of La Salle University - Mexico City, teaching topics such as "Quality in Application Development" and "Enterprise Architecture".
