He returned to the private sector to work as Manager of Regulatory Affairs for ETB, from 2007 to 2013. There he led the creation of a comprehensive regulatory strategy that combined economic, legal, financial, and technical aspects and their implications for the company’s business strategy. Recently he worked as Manager of the ICT & Agro initiative at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.
