H.E Dina Nath Dungyel, is the Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) Bhutan. He received Bachelors ofCommerce from Sherubtse College under University of Delhi and M.B.A with Major Specialization in Marketing Management and Minor in Finance from Institute of Management Studies & Research, India. H.E has worked in Bhutan Ferro Alloys limited for ten years, pioneering the Marketing Department of the Company from its inception as Marketing Manager. H.E then went on to work in Singapore in anInternational Trading Company for four years in trading of industrial raw materials. While in Singapore, H.E collaborated and worked with neighboring countries like China, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and India. Thereafter, H.E came back to Bhutan and spearheaded in the field of Early Childhood Care & Development.
H.E participated in the First Parliamentary Electionsin 2008 and joined People's Democratic Party as a candidate from Dophuchen-Tading Constituency. His Majesty the King granted OrangeScarf after winning second parliamentary elections in 2013 from Phuentshopelri – Samtse Constituency and he is serving in thecapacity of a Minister in the Ministry of Information and Communications since then.
