This includes 20 years spent in African regional ICT policy and regulatory practice, interfacing directly with key government ministries, regulatory authorities and regional and international organizations involved in ICT development, and industry participants.
A track record of formulation and execution of regional strategies aimed at creating enabling policy environment for ICT innovations and service in Africa, covering global mobile satellite services, aeronautical mobile satellite services and mobile broadband services.
Recognized as one of Africa's leading experts on ICT policy, with an extensive network of government and industry stakeholders, and an advocate for Africa’s active participation in global conversations to ensure inclusion of solutions that are relevant and appropriate for the continent.
