| Description | The objective of this project is to implement human and institutional capacity-building and education activities through the delivery of the Spectrum Management Training Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “SMTP”). The SMTP will be delivered through the ITU online Academy platform, as well as face to face training at CTU. This project responds to the needs of ITU membership for capacity building in the area of spectrum management, and will enhance their knowledge and skills at both basic and advanced levels. |
