Achievements With the implementation of this project, a total of 5 Multi-purpose Community Telecenters (MCTs) were established. These centers provide internet, photocopying, fax, laminating, binding and printing services and they are, in most cases, the first to provide such services in their districts. The MCTs had positively impacted people living in the 5 rural areas that were covered under this project. MCTs served as a catalyst to create ICT awareness and to create new opportunities of employment and income generation
