Mtel with its head office in Banja Luka (Republic of Srpska) is one of the three incumbents and the leading operator in telecommunications in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Providing high-quality services in the field of fixed telephony, mobile telephony, data transmission, Internet and IPTV, Mtel strives to satisfy the needs of Bosnian market. All services are offered under one corporate brand - m:tel.

The majority owner of Mtel, Telekom Srbija, is one of the most important regional telecom operators in the area of South Eastern Europe which offers its services in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mtel also owns 49% of shares in Mtel Montenegro.

Since the privatization of the major part of the company in 2007 until today, Mtel has achieved outstanding business results.
The success of the company is illustrated with over one million eight hundred thousand customers. Mtel follows the world trends, satisfies the needs of its customers, and is recognized on Bosnian market as the provider of innovations always with effective and trustworthy solutions.

Mtel also has corporate social responsibility as one of many strategic objectives. Mr. Goran Vlaovic

Goran Vlaovic is a Master of Economics, born in Belgrade in 1971, educated at the Universities in Vienna, Belgrade, Paris and the United States of America.

His professional beginnings are related to the year 1994 when he began working as a director with the International Council for Management Development and Education Budapest.

From 1998 to 2000, he was the Head of the Department for EU and Regional Initiatives in the FRY Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

His fruitful manager’s career continued in the JP PTT Srbija at the position of the Director of the International Business Operations Sector, in the period of 2000 to 2002.

After that, he was performing the duties of Vice-president for International Relations with the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, where he was in charge for promotion and representation of the Republic of Serbia economy at the international scene and realization of the inter-state and inter-regional contracts on economic and commercial cooperation, until 2007. He was the initiator of numerous projects, amongst which the Project for Development of the Telecommunication Structure of Serbia.

He has participated in the work of several executive boards: CEFTA, CEI, BSEC, European Chambers Union, DCP, Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Mediterranean Agreement, Beogradska banka, Poštanska banka, World Postal Union and International Telecommunications Union.

He also has a ten-year career as an economic consultant for many projects of the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Agency for Reconstruction.

He was appointed the General Manager of the m:tel BiH on the day of 10 January 2013.

He has been awarded the Best Young Diplomat of Europe certificate of recognition, he is the author of three books in the field of economics as well as many professional papers.

He speaks English, Italian and French.
