[The expected output of Question 9-3/2 for the study period 2010-2014 will include:] a) Agreed guidelines [for] the process of [identifying study topics in ITU-T and ITU-R study groups which are of particular interest to developing countries.] b) Annual progress reports indicating status of the selected topics and, where completed, an indication of how the outputs can be obtained. c) Technical reports on particular topics (called technical arrays in the past).
