Arrangements for Media coverage of High-Level Panels

High-Level Panel discussions will be held in the Amilcar Room.

The ITU High-Level Panel on “Information Society 2015” will be held on 15 November 2005 from 15h30 to 17h30.

The WSIS High-Level Panel on “ICT For Development” will be held on 16 November 2005 from 18h00 to 20h00.

Pools will be available for a limited number of visual Media. Pools will form 30 minutes before the event in the Media Centre and will be escorted to the Amilcar Room by WSIS Media Liaison Officers.

The Panel discussions will be filmed by Television and webcast.

Sign-up for Media Pools

Advance sign-up for media pools is strongly recommended to ensure a place. Depending on the demand, national media may be limited and priority will be given to the crew and photographer that will have been designated as “official crew” and “official photographer”.

A form to sign-up is available here. Please complete the form online, print it and fax it to +41 22 730 6927. Confirmation of receipt will be sent by email but the exact pool composition will be confirmed on site. Please contact the Media Pools Coordinator at the Media Centre for more details.
