A new ITU service stamp to be launched at PrepCom-3

An important highlight at PrepCom-3 will be the launch of the ITU service stamp, invented with the help of Swiss Poste. The stamp represents an optimistic and inclusive vision of an information age that promises greater communication between all people, regardless of technology, language or location.
