On-line registration is no longer available. Participants can continue to register off-line by submitting the registration form to the ITU/WSIS Registration Service (telefax +41 22 730 61 67). All registration forms returned to the ITU/WSIS Registration Service must be DULY SIGNED AND STAMPED by official authority.
