Instruments amending the Constitution and Convention of ITU (Marrakesh, 2002)

The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran has ratified the above-mentioned instruments. The instrument of ratification was deposited with the Secretary- General on 22 June 2009. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran confirmed Declarations and Reservations made at the time of signature.

Telecommunication Standardization Sector

B-DeltaCom Ltd (Caesarea, State of Israel) and Sigma Designs Inc (Milpitas, California, United States) have been admitted to take part in the work of Study Group 15.

Renesas Technology Corp (Tokyo, Japan) has been admitted to take part in the work of Study Group 16.

Telecommunication Development Sector

Intervale (Moscow, Russian Federation) has been admitted to take part in the work of Study Group 2.

Change of denomination

In the Republic of Croatia, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Tourism, Transport and Development has been renamed Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.

Ceterus Networks, a Sector Member of ITU–T, has changed its name to Overture Networks (Richardson, Texas, United States).
