2005-07-29 Based on the RRC-04 and the IPG-1 meeting, this circular letter provides general information on the preparation and submission of digital broadcasting requirements to be used for the production of a the draft Plan. The final date for such submissions is 31 October 2005. For those administrations that have not submitted any requirements for the first planning exercise, no requirements will be generated for the draft plan. CR/241
