2004-09-12 Circular Letter CR/219 of 01 September 2004 provides information regarding the preparation of digital broadcasting requirements using the software developped by the BR, as defined by the RRC-04. This software is now available for download from the website on Intersessional Activities, under the item "Software". The attachment to the Circular Letter contains a brief description on the installation and use of the software. Administrations are invited to download the software, install and use it to prepare the files containing their requirements for digital broadcasting.
