This draft new Recommendation specifies an architecture and requirements to digital right management (DRM) system for cable television content delivery service including multiple device viewing experiences. It is anticipated that architecture and requirements identified in this Recommendation can be applied to the DRM service that covers protected IP-type contents (IP VOD, IP linear, etc.) delivery from content provider or cable operator to end terminal devices (PC, tablet, smart phones, etc.) via cable television network.
