This Technical Report presents a compilation of Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE) and related terms defined by ITU-T Recommendations, exploring concepts, differences and relationship.
The goal is to provide a roadmap for these concepts in the ITU-T Study Group 12 context, identifying possible definitions’ adjustments, clarifying the application of QoE terminology and which aspects characterize QoE assessment methods.
