Work item: TP-TEST-UE-MS (ex Guideline-TEST_UE/MS)
Subject/title: Guideline for general test procedure and specification for measurements of the LTE, 3G/2G user Equipment/mobile stations (UE/MS) for over-the-air performance testing

Summary: Typical conformance tests include transmitter maximum output power, spectrum emission mask, spurious emissions, minimum output power, and adjacent channel leakage power ratio as well as receiver adjacent channel selectivity, blocking characteristics, spurious response, intermodulation characteristics, spurious emissions, and reference sensitivity level. This guideline gives an analysis of the work in relevant standardisation organisations (SDOs) and a survey of the requirements, and then describes a common testing methodology for LTE, 3G/2G User Equipment/Mobile Stations (UE/MS) for over-the air (OTA) performance testing.
