Summary: The present document gives understanding, requirements and guidance for boosting the spread of up to 400V DC power systems and distribution to ICT equipment. It includes the up to 400VDC remote powering to distributed ICT equipment, the option of connection of local renewable energy to local renewable energy and to DC power nano-grid with renewable energy sources and other users extending resilience capability of Telecom network and ICT sites to grid failures and climate change.
