تعتبر الهياكل الخرسانية مثل المباني والجسور والطرق والسدود والأنفاق عرضة للتلف. وأنفاق الكبلات تعتبر هي الأخرى عرضة للتلف. فعلى سبيل المثال، تحدث تصدعات وتسرب للمياه وتقلل هذه الظواهر من سلامة وعمر تشغيل أي من الأنفاق الخاصة بالكبلات. فإذا كان التلف مهملاً، فسيتطلب الأمر على الأرجح، إصلاحات كبيرة وتدابير للتقوية، وهو ما يضيف زيادة أخرى على التكلفة في المستقبل. لذا، يوصى بشدة إجراء التفتيش الدوري والصيانات في وقتها. وتناقش في التوصية ITU-T L.11 باختصار خطط السلامة المتعلقة بصيانة أنفاق الكبلات. ويعرض في الجدولين 1.A و2.A من التوصية ITU-T L.11 نموذج لخطة سلامة في المرحلة التشغيلية، مع بيان بالتدابير الوقائية المحتملة. بيد أن هذان الجدولان لا يوضحان أوجه الخلل التي قد تحدث من وقت لآخر في الهياكل الخرسانية المقواة مثل أنفاق الكبلات، ولا إجراءات التفتيش للصيانة. وبالتالي، هناك حاجة إلى توصيات بخصوص صيانة أنفاق الكبلات. |
