The publication relates to activities carried out in the Radiocommunication Sector in the field of frequency agile systems in the MF/HF bands. A detailed description of frequency agile systems is given in the Annex. The paper takes into account the results of WRC-2000, possible actions at future WRCs and actions completed in the ITU-R Study Groups.
