Contribution :	Submission of APT View on the Draft Strategic and Finance Plan Documents under the Council Working Group for the Elaboration of the Draft Strategic Plan and the Draft Financial Plan 2016 - 2019 Dear Dr. Touré, Thank you for your continuous support and cooperation to APT activities. I would like to inform you that the 4th APT Preparatory Meeting for WTDC-14 (WTDC14-4) was held from 21 to 24 January 2014 in Pattaya, Thailand. It was the final preparatory meeting of APT for the WTDC-14. In addition to the number of proposals to the WTDC-14, the meeting also agreed to respond to the public consultation of the Council Working Group for the Elaboration of the Draft Strategic Plan and the Draft Financial Plan 2016 – 2019 by sending an APT View on the Draft Strategic and Finance Plan documents to the 3rd Meeting of the Council Working Group that will be held on the last week of February 2014. The document is attached with this letter for the appropriate treatment at the meeting. I hope the document will assist the work of the Working Group.
