Oleg Zolotokrylin, PhD, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, The Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications (SUT), RUSSIA.
After graduation in 1980 from Institute for Foreign Languages in Moscow Oleg Zolotokrylin was employed in international companies as interpreter of Chinese and English languages and director. He is Vice-rector of SUT since 2004 and Head of Chair for Foreign and Russian Languages since 2008. Oleg Zolotokrylin has a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences and his research subject is “Integration processes in the former USSR: disputes and conflicts”.
