Emmanuel Manasseh

Manasseh.jpgDr. Emmanuel C. MANASSEH received the BSc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania in 2005; Masters of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from the department of artificial complex systems Engineering at Hiroshima University, Japan in 2010; Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) from the department of systems cybernetics at Hiroshima University, Japan in 2013.

From 2005 to 2007, he was with Celtel Tanzania Limited, as a Telecommunications Engineer, working on Operation & Maintenance of all 2G/3G base station subsystem (BSS). 

From 2013 to March 2014, he was an assistant Professor at Hiroshima University in the Department of System Cybernetics
Dr. Manasseh is currently a lecturer at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) Arusha, Tanzania.
His research interests are in Statistical signal processing, wireless communications and networking, detection, estimation, with emphasis on OFDM and MIMO techniques. 
Recently, he is also conducting research on Smart Grid Communications, Cognitive radio systems, and Physical layer security.
