He is a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of International Studies, Yonsei University in Korea. He has an interdisciplinary background with electronics/telecommunications engineering (BS, Hanyang Univ.) and international trade/management (MA, Yonsei Univ.). His research interest includes standardization, technological change and international trade. He has recently published a paper, “China’s information security standardization: Analysis from the perspective of technical barriers to trade principles” in Telecommunications Policy.
