Muzaffar Djalalov received his BS in Telecommunication networks from Tashkent University of Information Technologies in Uzbekistan
in 2007 and MS in Engineering 
from Yeungnam University (YU) in South Korea in 2011. He’s majoring in Digital image processing and had done many industrial projects at Multimedia Signal Processing Laboratory of YU in Korea.
He worked as a teacher and research assistant at Multimedia Signal Processing Laboratory of Yeungnam University in South Korea from 2008 to 2011. Then he was a Head of International Relations Department at State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ” – Scientific-Engineering and Marketing Researches Center at Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan. Since 2013 he is Deputy Head of ICT strategy planning and development department at the State Committee of Communication, Information and telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Mr. Djalalov participated at meetings of Study Group 16 of International Telecommunication Union at Telecommunication standardization sector (ITU-T) during 2011-2012.
