Claudia Ximena is an experienced professional in telecommunications and regulation areas , with more than 14 years of professional experience, with emphasis in infrastructure, market analysis and strategy.
She is currently Coordinator of Government Affairs in the CRC, having served previously as Advisor for the CRC Executive Director, Coordinator of Center for Business Knowledge and Coordinator (E) of Infrastructure Regulation of that entity. She worked as a consultant on data networks, and worked at companies such as Lucent Technologies and Emtelco S.A., in the areas of Data Networking and ISP.
She has been speaker and panelist at various national and international events in collaboration with Lucent Technologies, CRC, ITU, ASETA, Regulatel and the Externado University of Colombia; CRC´s delegate in CITEL, and member of the FTA negotiating team with Japan.
She holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, postgraduate studies in Commercial Management from University of La Sabana and Executive MBA from IE Business School.
