Electrical Engineer from the University of Cuenca and post-graduated at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich on "Information Technology". He has served as University Professor in pre-and post-graduate level. He has given the lectures on "Wireless Access Networks" in the Masters on "Telematics" at the University of Azuay and "Digital Telecommunication Systems" in the masters on "Telecommunications Management" at the Salesian Polytechnic University. He has been a consultant and speaker in more than 500 events on "Mobile Phones and Health" and "Technology and Communication Challenges". He is the author of technical articles in prestigious journals and Founder and Co-Director of the technical journal "Expansion UTM" of the Technical University of Manabí and author of the book "Mobile Phones and Health". Currently he is the executive director of the Foundation for Telecommunications Telecom XXI, consultant and technical partner at the Ecuadorian German Association for Culture and Education in Cuenca (AEACEC).
