Mr. Hideo Himeno is the Assistant Manager in the Carrier Network Business Unit of NEC Corporation. He received the ME degree in Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2002.
He joined NEC since 2002 and has been engaged in software development for mobile carrier network and promotion of next generation network (NGN) and IMS solutions for fixed and mobile network operators.
He has been an active participant to ITU-T SG11 standard meetings especially focused on interoperability issue.
He is currently working on FG-M2M as a deliverable editor and WG3 (M2M API & protocol) leader.
