The accuracy and completeness of data submitted in space notice filings is crucial in order to meet the objectives of Resolution 55 (WRC-2000).

Administrations and other users are therefore expected to use the SpaceCap data capture software and the Validation software developed by the Bureau for capturing and validating  informations pertaining to notice type Appendix 4 and to ensure that any issues relating to unclear or missing data items are rectified in the electronic record before submitting the notice in electronic format to the Bureau. The most current version of the BR soft package is available to Administrations and other users at the space software web site.
This software package is also distributed on the BR IFIC CD-ROM  and  twice-yearly on the SRS on CD-ROM publication.
