ITU Regional Workshop on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Future Networks, Saint Petersburg, Russia, 19-20 June 2017

piter-zimnii.jpegThis Workshop is addressed to representatives of ministries, regulators, telecom operators, universities, telecommunication equipment manufacturers, software developers and other interested stakeholders of the ITU Member States, Sector Members and Associates from CIS and Georgia.

The Workshop is aimed at sharing experiences in the field of the Internet of Things development:
    • International standardization of the Internet of Things (IoT)
    • Perspectives of implementing IoT technologies in telecom networks in CIS region
    • Future telecom networks development in the region
    • International standardization of the technologies of the future networks and its applications

In conjunction with the Workshop, from 20 to 22 June 2017, ITU-T SG11 Regional Group for RCC (SG11RG-RCC) and  ITU-T SG20 Regional Group for Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Transcaucasia (SG20 RG-EECAT) will be held in Saint Petersburg.
