International Scientific and Technical Conference of Students and Young Professionals from the RCC Countries on Information Technologies and Communication Systems, Moscow, Russian Federation, 11-16 May 2015

The International Scientific and Technical Conference of Students and Young Professionals from the RCC Countries on Information Technologies and Communication Systems will be held in Moscow, Russian Federation, from 11 to 16 May 2015, within the framework of 8th International Youth Forum on Information Technologies in the World of Communications, dedicated to the ITU 150th Anniversary, which is organized by the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) in partnership with the  ITU.

The Forum will be attended by leading Russian and foreign professionals in the field of communications, heads of the most significant corporations represented in Russia and over 150 young people from different regions of Russia and the CIS countries, who prove themselves in the field of ICT.  Students and young professionals from the RCC countries experienced with participation in information and communication projects and student scientific and technical conferences, ICT competitions and Olympics are also invited to the Forum.

The dates of the Forum coincide with the dates of the Svyaz-Expocom-2015 International Exhibition of Telecommunications Equipment, Control Systems, Information Technologies, and Communications. This will enable the Form participants to participate in the work of the Exhibition as well.

The Forum will further raising self-fulfillment of young people in the field of high technologies, increase the role of the youth in the ICT development, and use the youth potential in shepherding Russia into dominant positions of the world's infocommunication space to the fullest extent possible.

AGENDA

The Conference will covers following issues:

  • Communication Networks and Systems, peer-to-peer networks, neuronal networks;
  • Modern technologies for electronic equipment;
  • Satellite and troposphere communication systems;
  • Information technologies, modern information protection methods, software;
  • Innovation products: basic services;
  • Innovation products: content and applications;
  • Innovation technologies: application services on cloud infrastructure;
  • Infocommunication technologies in youth society ;
  • Internet as a mass ICT culture.

    Besides the Conference, the Forum agenda contains following events:
  • Student Olympics for Telecommunication Universities of the CIS dedicated to the ITU 150th Anniversary;
  • Innovation Project Competition on Innovation Solutions in the Modern Infocommunications;
  • Team Competition among the Olympic participants and Competition of Projects;
  • Participation in the work of the Svyaz-Expocom-2015 International Exhibition of Telecommunications Equipment, Control Systems, Information Technologies, and Communications;
  • Master classes, business games, trainings, roundtables organized by leading ICT companies;
  • Social programme.
