The Selection Committee will evaluate submissions using the four criteria described below.
Innovativeness
- The submission is original.
- There is a significant difference between the submission and other similar initiatives.
- The submission represents a new innovation (product) or the creation of a better process.
- It provokes changes (e.g. in markets and scale).
Business potential
- The submission addresses a clearly identified need and target customers.
- The submission is markedly different from its competitors.
- It offers substantial and lasting appeal to its target customers.
- The submission is financially feasible, fundable and / or scalable.
Social impact potential
- The submission has a clear contribution to Arabic Digital Content.
- The submission offers additional social value compared to the next best available option.
- The submission can be adaptable in Least Developing Countries in the Arab region.
Likelihood of success
- Applicant's ability to implement the submission: relevant industry experience, entrepreneurial track record, education, access to resources, and / or drive.
- Viability of the submission: takes into account internal and external factors.
- Professional, persuasive, and organized submission.
