Second stakeholder Validation workshop
The HIPCAR Stakeholder Validation Workshop on Cybercrime (e-Crimes), Interception of Communications, Electronic Transactions and Electronic Evidence was held in Haiti (4-5 June 2013), kindly hosted by the Government of the Republic of Haiti, in collaboration with the Conseil National Des Télécommunications (CONATEL) and co-organized with the HIPCAR Project.
The objectives of the Workshop were to adopt and validate the proposals for reform of the aforementioned framework to facilitate harmonization in accordance with the HIPCAR Model Policy Guidelines and Legislative Text.
