On the occasion of the meetings of the Telecommunication Development Advisory Group (TDAG), the Director of the BDT personally delivers an Anniversary Certificate to Members of the ITU-D Sector who have provided their support and participation in the activities of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector for the past ten years.
