The World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014 (WTDC 2014) Regional Preparatory Meeting for Africa (RPM AFR) will take place from 2 to 4 October in Accra, Ghana. RPM AFR will be preceded by the Regional Development Forum (RDF) for Africa on 1st October. Both events are hosted by the Government of Ghana.
