Amendment 4 to ITU-T H.222.0 (2012) | ISO/IEC 13818-1:2013 allocates previously reserved PID value 0x0004 for carriage of adaptive streaming information data. The payload format of data carried in this PID is specified in ISO/IEC 23009-1 Amd.1 and pertains to event signalling information.
